So I haven’t blow dried my hair in awhile, I’ve been pretty lazy, I just pin it up and run away, I feel like I’ve been really lazy with myself, but really good to the house I get home, pick JustAnUglyMonkey’s lunch and or dinner plates off of the living room floor, his milk glass, his sock and underwear and deposit in the correct places. I then proceed to do dishes, laundry and cook or bake something, all while watching a TV show or movie. I clean litter box, water plants and take out trash. But Amanda needs a little work now so I’ve gotten a little hair cut and I got my eye brows waxes, I touched up my roots, (I think I missed a few … grrrr) But the one thing that still irks me is my round shape. JustAnUglyMonkey owns P90X, which is an amazing program, especially for men. I have a friend, Georgia’s brother who is doing it currently and let me just say…wow sexy. Monkey and I keep saying that we will start it but we never do. And I very much like to jog on my treadmill even more so now that I have my TV hooked up down there. I need to get up early enough to run down there for 20 mins and watch the news now instead of lay on the couch and watch it. BUT! I haven’t seen any results with my jogging, I may even feel bulkier! And then Monkey said something the other day that makes sense, you can’t just do cardio, it really doesn’t help you lose weight, building muscle does. Which is one reason P90X does so well, it’s all about muscle confusion. But P90X isn’t my thing I’ve tried it before and I hate to sound like a wuss but it’s hard and well boring, for me at least, I know many that love it like I said it does work. So off I went to find something that would be good for me to do. One day while cruising the web I saw Kelly Osborne. I always thought she was a bigger girl and here she was trim and happy. Yeah I know celebrities are airbrushed and on goofy diets and have crazy trainers yadda, yadda, yadda, but I was actually interested on how she did it. To Google I went! And after she participated in Dancing with the Stars, she stayed trim with The Bar Method. Then other celebrities popped up that had used it like Drew Barrymore. I went out to find what average Jill’s thought of The Bar Method and I can’t find a negative thing about it. And even more I found their site and the 2 pack of the workout DVDs were very reasonably priced. So I bought them, they should get here in a little bit and I’ll have to blog about it. The principle behind The Bar Method is a little ballet, yoga, and pilates. But it’s to build lean long muscles like a dancer. I used to dance it’s right up my alley! So up dates to come when it gets here! I’ll take you on my sweat-tastic journey. We’ll see if this is a keeper.I am however doing good on my pop deal, I limit it to one can of pop a day or no pop at all. I’m doing very well and have stuck to that for quite some time J

The red one is mine! It runs really well just doesn’t look pretty…yet!
JustAnUglyMonkey has the green one and we are selling the naked one to one of our friends.
Georgia and I got together a few days ago and watched us some True Blood and made some chicken fajitas! What goes better with fajitas than Budlight lime and Key lime pie? Nothing…well maybe some margaritas, but I don’t know where my blender is… do I have a blender? I thought I did…
I like my fruit snacks dangerous!
