It's that time again to tear it up!!!

So I was really good last year and went from about 220 to 175,  That's 45 pounds! and since October/November I've gained about 8 pounds, and my underwear is fitting a little bit tighter..... I haven't been exercising like I should and like I  used to so time to get back on that horse it's going to be nice and warm soon and I'll want to wear shorts and dresses and duh DUH DUHHHHH!!! Swimming suits! so I figured I'd keep track on here like usual ha ah ha. I'm going to kick start again by juicing-ish, and I know that fresh juice is the way to go, but it's expensive for me and time consuming so going with Green Machine :) 8 oz 4 x a day, this time I'm also adding in protein because this has very little protein in it and I want to keep my energy/muscles going.
I'm also going to get in a half an hour to an hour of exercise every day.
so boom!
Today's weight is 183, I have a goal of 180 by the end of the week :) (I have a pizza date to do my taxes on Wednesday so I'll have to keep that in mind and work it baby, work it!)

Morning

130 Calories/ 2g protein
2 T of peanut butter
180 Calories/ 8g protein
Total: 310 Cal/ 10g protein

Mid-morning

8 oz of Green Machine
130 Calories/ 2g protein

Lunch
8 oz of Green Machine
130 Calories/ 2g protein
1 oz Jack's links
60 Calories/ 12g protein
Total: 190 Cal/ 14 protein

Afternoon 
8 oz of Green Machine
130 Calories/ 2g protein

Dinner
8 oz of Green Machine
130 Calories/ 2g protein
(can have 100-200 cal meal with at least 6 grams of protein)

And!!!
WATER! WATER! WATER! in my awesome new bottle!!! :) 

Clean house and Zumba in the evening
And that will be my day!
